CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS!!!

Dalli’s Pasta Factory will be closed from January the 14th until March the 15th to give all the guys a holiday and me a chance to paint the place. I will post, nearer the time, when and how we will be re-opening. It should be quite a party. If anyone has any suggestions for our updated menu now is the time to say. Hasta la Pasta!

COSTA DEL RAIN

When will this rain stop? Just when you think it’s over up it starts again. Still it’s Christmas eve and my boys, Sebastian, Oliver and Hugo will be tucked up in bed waiting for tomorrow morning. I wonder what Santa has brought them. Here tonight we did quite well considering it’s Christmas Eve. We closed the Kitchen early and the Port is empty. If only the tower would allow the barrier open all night to allow cars to drive in then the Port would be a better place. Merry Christmas everybody!

IT’S BEEN SOME TIME BUT……

Well, I haven’t really been keeping up to date, I have just been too busy with a lot of things. Needless to say we have had some good nights in the Pasta factory, First was the Ferrari Owners Club of Andalucia’s Christmas do where a great time was had by all. Unfortunately my camera was stolen so no photo’s of the cars.

The Aloha College grads were kind enough to choose us for their party and judging by the emails I have recieved since then, I would say they really enjoyed themselseves, they as well watched the final of the X Factor. 

Everything has calmed right down here in Puerto Banus and the rain isn’t helping much, at least it gives us time to prepare for New years eve. We are fully booked on that night. It’s going to be fun!

WELL HOW ABOUT THAT!!

Believe it or not chocolate mousse has turned into a best seller and the secret is all in the presentation. We now present our deserts in shot glasses at 2 euro and they are flying along with Carrot cake, raspberry cheese cake, Tiramisu and more, all brought to the table and irresistable. Tonight, I tried some spectacular ravioli, hand-made and stuffed with wild mushrooms, chicken and truffle oil. We are putting together our New Years Menu and the place is already taking reservations. Book now to avoid disappointment. Tomorrow I am trying some main courses, can’t wait.

OUR FIRST KIDS EAT FOR FREE !!!

Well, the campaign is into it’s third day and its going to be a success I am sure. The weather is so good here the whole world should come to Marbella. Here I am enjoying a lovely plate of pasta a glass of wine on the terrace whilst watching a DVD of Elton John, is it really November!! Congratulations to my beautiful son Sebastian for winning your first Baseball match today. Go Marbella Sun Devils and thanks to Tori and Sam, our very first KIDS EAT FOR FREE customers. The ads for the Essential Magazine apparently out today and happy for that although without a proof read lets hope they look good! Next month I must insist on a proof. On a brighter note, the weather today has been spectacular. Summer seems to still be here, so come on all, book a ticket and come on down!!
